Bungee Taster Class
This 35-minute class is designed for complete beginners who want a gentle introduction to bungee fitness. In a relaxed, slow-paced and informal setting, you’ll get comfortable with the equipment, build trust in the bungee, and explore how it works with your body.
Perfect if you’re feeling nervous or simply curious, this class is all about trying bungee with no pressure, no expectations—just a fun, supportive first go.Monday at 8pm. It is advised to have done a bungee taster class prior to attending.
Bungee Class
This 50-minute class is open to all abilities - no experience required.
In this class, we work more deeply with the bungee, using its resistance to create a fun and effective full-body workout. Expect more running, jumping, and falling (safely!)—and, of course, plenty of laughter.
This session is perfect for those ready to challenge themselves, build strength, and start exploring their limits in a supportive, high-energy environment.
Boxing and Bungee
Box and Bounce all in one. Box and Bungee combines upper body boxing using the hanging bags and bungee fitness using the bungee equipment.
Monday at 8pm. It is advised to have done a bungee taster class prior to attending.
BOxJump
Bungee meets Boxing. A combination of Boxing Training and Bungee Fitness in one class.
